Lesson & Quiz 08 – Overview of Marxism

The stated goal of Karl Marx was “To dethrone God and destroy capitalism.”

Marx theorized that private property is the root of all evil in the world creating the conflict between social classes of Bourgeois (property owners) and the Proletariat (laborers.)

A current tactic of Marxists is to use paid agitators (community organizers) to stir perpetual conflict.

The Institute for Social Research, founded at Goethe University Frankfurt in 1923 during the Weimar Republic concocted “Critical Theory” – the use of other subjects to create the “oppressor/oppressed” dynamic.

In a state of freedom, the people own their own property and make their own decisions about things like buying, selling and working.

In a Dictatorship of the Proletariat, the state owns everything, the state owns everybody, & the state is god.
